Cancellation Policy
This is a preliminary draft. The binding cancellation policy (windows, refund amounts, and exceptions) is pending business and legal definition and will be published and versioned before it becomes final. The section below describes only what the system applies today — it is not yet a complete legal document.
What applies today
The platform currently applies a 48-hour cancellation window: the cancellation terms in force at the moment of purchase are captured and frozen with your booking, so any later change to this policy does not affect a booking you have already made.
What the final policy will define
- The exact cancellation window(s) and any tiered deadlines.
- Refund amounts or percentages per window.
- Exceptions (guide cancellation, no-show, operational issues, force majeure).
- How the policy is versioned and accepted at checkout.
These items are not yet decided and are intentionally left blank here rather than stated as if final.
